1. Eligibility

-The giveaway is open to legal residents of Graham County, Arizona, who are homeowners and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

-Employees of Alpha Home Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

-The giveaway begins on JUNE 25, 2024 and ends on AUGUST 25, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

-Online Entry: Complete the entry form available on the Alpha Home Services giveaway landing page by providing your full name, email address, phone number, and home address.

-Referral Entries: After submitting the entry form, you may refer friends and family to enter the giveaway. For each referral, you will receive an additional entry.

-Military & First Responders: Active duty military personnel and first responders are eligible for QUADRUPLE entries. Verification of status will be required.

4. Prize

-One (1) winner will receive a brand new HVAC system, including installation, from Alpha Home Services.The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or less than value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

-The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about AUGUST 29, 2024. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 2 days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. General Conditions

-The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Publicity

-Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. Limitation of Liability

-The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone.
